Most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ration.

Negotiated tender procedure without prequalification.
•	The procurement procedure is conducted as an open procedure with the possibility of negotiation.

All interested suppliers may submit a tender.
The tenders received will be evaluated in two phases,
1. The “Selection phase”, and
2. The “Award phase”

The tenderers must via the EU-Supply system submit the below stated:

General information
The tenderer must submit a general description of the applying company, including address, VAT-number and contact information for the contact person (phone number, e-mail, and address).
If the applying company wants to rely on the capacity of other entities regarding “Economic and financial capability” it shall prove to the Contracting Authority that those resources will be available to it by delivering a commitment by those entities to that effect.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the tenderer to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.

Economic and financial capability
The tenderer must submit the latest audited annual report including the following economic indicators:
•	Equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves, revaluation, retained earning etc.)
•	Equity ratio (equity/total assets)

The following minimum requirement must be fulfilled:

•	Equity must be at least EUR 100.000 at the time of submission of application
•	Equity ratio must be at least 20 pct.
o	If the equity ratio is between 15 pct. and 20 pct. the supplier can qualify if Equity exceeds EUR 300.000.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the tenderer to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.

Lodging of appeal
Appeals concerning this tender must be lodged with the Danish Complaints Board for Public
Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) within the deadlines stated in the Act on the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (klagenævnsloven), cf. section 7 of the Act on the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Act No. 593 of 02/06/2016).

Due to technical challenges with our current combination of Ritz Cast-Resin VSD transformers and ABB medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers, we are looking into exchanging two of our Ritz transformers with new ones.

Our existing transformers are of the brand/type Ritz DTR108000 7,7MVA/10,4/2,25 kV cast resin with two different vector groups.

The new transformers must be directly interchangeable with the existing and the technical data must in the widest possible extend be identical, though we want the windings to be AL and not CU.

The price and delivery time must be for transformers with AL windings.
