Framework Agreement for consultancy services related to the German plan approval process and land acquisitions in Germany

The Consultant shall assist Femern A/S in relation to the following areas: - Acquisition of land in Germany as required for the project - The defence of the appeal of the administrative plan approval decision at the Federal Administrative Court in Germany, - The preparation and execution of the construction phase for the Fehmarnbelt tunnel within the framework set by the plan approval decision. - Support in general environmental matters, including acquisition and management of eco-accounts. - Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of railway crossing agreements, pipeline licensing agreements and intersection and utilities contracts.
