Currently, DSB is undergoing a large transformation across all business areas. The aim is to be able to operate free from subsidies from the Danish Government in 2030. This requires significant revenue growth as well as ensuring efficient internal processes with less resources needed. During the transformation DSB is currently at, our Digital Labs will require support from a partner in several areas including but limited to: o User experience resources o Digital design resources o Digital concept Development resources o Digital strategy resources o Facilitator resources o Development resources o Project management resources o Methodology The term of the contract is 2 years
