Norad seeks a two-person consultancy team to strengthen the Digital Public Goods Alliance’s long-term impact through evolving and implementing its communications and branding strategy. The aim of the Digital Public Goods Alliance is to help accelerate attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals in low- and middle-income countries. The Alliance facilitates the discovery, development, use of, and investment in, digital public goods.
