Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science on The Technical University of Denmark would like to have a dialogue with the suppliers in the market regarding an upcoming procurement. The framework for the procurement consists of three distinct parts: • A scalable computational resource capable of LINPACK (HPL, Rmax) performance in excess of 4 petaFLOPS and with significant capabilities for AI workloads, especially training of large machine learning models using petascale training data sets. • The technical infrastructure for storing various data sources with a data security level suitable for sensitive and possibly personal data but also for IP and patent generation. • Highly qualified support. Beyond AI and machine learning, there is interest in using large scale simulations, for example in wind energy systems and astrophysics, and to simulate Quantum computers. Please read more about the procurement and the process in the uploaded document "Request for Information". The information DTU is asking for can be uploaded/send here on EU-Supply or send by e-mail to Katrine Freiesleben Petersen (kafre@dtu.dk) and Sven Karlsson (svea@dtu.dk).
