Udbud af DSB PPA - DSB Power Purchase Agreement

DSB intends to enter into a Pay-as-Produced sleeved ('physical') Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with a Re-newable Energy Provider for the supply of solar power in the range of 40 – 80 GWh per annum. The aim with the PPA is to ensures the construction of a new grid-connected solar facility in East Denmark (DK2). DSB will purchase the power generated, including the Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origins (REGOs) from the new solar facility for a span of 10 years. The expected supply start date will be no earlier than 1 January 2025 and no later than 31 December 2025. The goal is to further solidify the position of trains as one of the most sus-tainable modes of transport while supporting DSB in becoming CO2 neutral.
