Oppsal Arena skal rehabiliteres i 2019. I denne anskaffelsen skal blant annet den gamle delen av Oppsal arena rehabiliteres, flere HC tiltak utføres, et nytt tilbygg oppføres, i tillegg til andre oppgaver som er beskrevet i vedlegg 2 Kravspesifikasjon.
