Policy Framework for Strengthening Civil Society This assignment focuses on the baseline, monitoring and mid-term evaluation of the “Policy Framework for Strengthening Civil Society” . Under this grant instrument, funding has been availed for civil society organisations from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025. The grant instrument is further subdivided into six grant instruments all focusing on strengthening civil society and lobby & advocacy: • Power of Voices; • Power of Women; • Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Partnership Fund; • Women Peace and Security; • Leading from the South; • Civic Space Fund & Civic Space Flex Fund. After a selection procedure in 2020, a total number of 42 partnerships started their 5-year programmes in January 2021, in a total of 65 countries.
