DTU Physics wish to purchase high NA lenses for use in an x-ray detector. The detector will be used at synchrotrons to enable acquisition of tomograms that span at least four orders of magnitude be-tween the smallest resolved features and the FOV. Such tomograms are essential to push the under-standing of hierarchical structures exemplified in the biological area by organs such as bones and brains. The lens thus needs to provide an optical quality that provised sub micron resolution and can be matched with imaging sensors with an eight figure pixel count.
