DTU requires a laser scanning microscope designed to perform non-contact topographical measurements (step height, roughness, trench depth, …) on micro- and nanostructured polymer samples. The equipment will be installed in PolyFabLab at DTU Nanolab, a multi-user cleanroom facility. The equipment should be placed on a regular lab table and should have a small overall build volume. The equipment must be delivered with a software package allowing for fast image acquisition and data analysis. Since it is meant for a multi-user facility, the equipment should be user-friendly and versatile.
