The Department of Neuroscience seeks to purchase a fluorescence microscope for live cell measurements. The microscope will be used for measuring activity from 2D-cultures of mouse or human (derived from iPSCs) neurons seeded in culture plates with glass bottom (e.g. Ibidi-plates).
