Udvælgelseskriterier:

Prequalification: The procurement procedure is conducted as a negotiated tender procedure with prequalification.

The Contracting authority will prequalify 2-3 applicants who are evaluated as most qualified for the specific tender. Only these applicants will be invited to submit a tender. The selection of the 2-3 applicants will be based on the submitted references (to which extend the reference(s) are similar and relevant to the tender assignment). As a result the number of references will not be the determining factor alone but more importantly to which degree the specific forwarded reference are comparable and relevant to the tender assignment regarding the solution and scope. 

For the prequalification the applicant must via the EU-Supply system submit the below stated within the deadline (16-02-2017, 12:00 Local Danish time).

To be submitted for prequalification:

General information:
The applicant must submit a general description of the applying company, including address, VAT-number and contact information for the contact person (phone number, e-mail and address).

If the applying company wants to rely on the capacity of other entities re-garding either “Economic and financial capability” or “Technical capability” it shall prove to the contracting authority that those resources will be available to it by delivering a commitment by those entities to that effect.

The Contracting authority reserves the right to request missing information.

Economic and financial capability:
The applicant must submit the latest audited annual report for the applying company.

The following minimum requirement must be fulfilled:

The Equity (Total equity incl. Share capital, reserves, revaluation, retained earnings etc) * 4 > total expected amount of the contract.

The Contracting authority reserves the right to request missing information.

Technical capability:
The applicant must submit a reference list of the up to 10 most significant comparable UXO Client Rep. projects undertaken in the past five years, where UXO Client Rep. services on UXO surveys, inspection and removal  have been performed. The references shall contain a motivated and detailed description of the Projects, scope of the projects (contract value) and contact information for the entity in question (including contact person). If one or more references are missing the requested information, and such cannot be requested as supplementary information, this may influence the prequalification evaluation process.

Beskrivelse af konktrakten:

Energinet.dk and 50Hz Transmission are planning 2 HVAC cables between 2 offshore substations located at the Offshore Windfarms: Kriegers Flak (Danish) Baltic 2 (German). The planned cable routes are approxi-mately 25 km long.
In relation to the Offshore UXO Activi-ties Energinet.dk and 50Hz Transmis-sion requests the provision of Client Rep. services. The scope shall include the provision of the following ele-ments:
•	Client representative services during geophysical UXO Survey.
•	Client representative services during Inspection of possible UXO objects.
•	Client representative services during Removal of identified UXO objects.
