Description of the procurement

Uppdraget avser biträdande projektledare inom delprojekt Tele, Styr- och övervakning (FSE901) samt Trafik (FSE904), med ansvar för bl.a. teknisk ledning av våra specialister inom områdena tele, styr och trafik.
Som biträdande projektledare kommer konsulten att vara en del av beställarorganisationen och bistå en projektledare i styrning av arbeten med avseende på budget, tidsplan och om-fattning. Vi tror att konsulten engageras av och har förmågan att sätta sig in i tekniska fråge-ställningar och har lätt för att läsa och förstå ritningar.
Tjänstens omfattning beräknas vara 100% av en heltidstjänst. Uppdraget ska utföras av en (1) person.
Uppdraget är ett vikariat på ett (1) år med möjlighet till förlängning upp till max ett (1) år.

Skälen för att upphandlingen avbryts är att med endast ett anbud som uppfyller ställda krav finns inte möjlighet att ta vara på marknadens konkurrens samt att behovet av tjänsten inte längre föreligger.
