The Ebola Support Program Phase II (2017 till 2020, funded by the German Development Bank (KfW) and implemented by Welthungerhilfe, aims to improve the Health Sector in the South-East of Liberia to be more resilient towards effects of possible outbreaks of diseases such as Ebola. The program objective and direct outcome is the improvement of living conditions of the population in the South East of Liberia.
