This Contract includes the following services and products: - outgoing non SEPA payment services of the ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence; - outgoing SEPA payment services of the ministries of Foreign Affairs; - outgoing payments via Global Disbursement; - incoming SEPA payments Ministry of Foreign Affairs; - incoming non SEPA payment services of the ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence; - local payments made by missions and branches abroad in mainly Western European countries; - providing bank guarantees for rental agreements (outside of the Netherlands, cash collateralized); - account management with zero balancing for the euro accounts in the Netherlands for central cash management (by the Dutch State Treasury Agency); - return information on all accounts held in the Netherlands and abroad; - cheque payments (electronic and manual); - account management and service organisation; - cash transactions outside the Netherlands (and mainly Western European countries)
