The aim of this Tender is to ensure services, which must lead to a high quality facilitation of learning and knowledge management in support to the implementation of the Policy Framework Strengthening Civil Society (2021-2025). The Strengthening Civil Society learning and research programme will be implemented in phases: preparation phase, inception phase, implementation phase, evaluation phase. This assignment covers the inception and implementation phase.
