Market Dialogue - Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel.

The purpose of this Market Dialogue is to initiate a dialogue with potential suppliers about the procurement and construction of the Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel. Information resulting from the dialogue will aid the Client in the development of the procurement and contract specifications for the project, ensuring these are tailored to reflect current market conditions and capabilities and maybe can open to alternative solutions and a possibility for the contractor to affect the final tender documents, which can help reduce the contractor’s risk and the offered price. This market dialogue is a separate process from the upcoming tenders for the project. As a potential supplier you are not obliged to attend this dialogue if you plan to bid on the upcoming tenders. Also, participation in the market dialogue does not influence any evaluation in relation to prequalification or proposals submitted under the upcoming tender. The dialogue can be held in Danish or English. All material prepared by HOFOR/Novafos for the dialogue, will be in Danish or English. This Market Dialogue is governed by the Danish Public Procurement Act § 39 (Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015) (Udbudsloven). We point out that the tender material covered by the market dialogue is preliminary. We reserve the right to make changes to the final tender material.
