Elvegata 4 AS, som er heleid av Agder fylkeskommune (AFK), ønsker å utrede fremtidige muligheter for eiendommen i Kristiansand sentrum, og inviterer interesserte aktører til en åpen dialog. Vi informerer om pågående reguleringsprosess (se vedlegg) av Kvartal 62/Elvegata 4. Det er ønskelig å ferdigstille denne prosessen med en utvikler. Eier ønsker hurtig svar/avklaring på mulig modell.
