Entreprenad Kvarnberget består översiktligt av mark- och anläggningsarbeten för tågtunnel, service- och ventilationsschakt, servicetunnel samt installationer. Entreprenaden är ca 600 m med början i norr vid Östra Hamngatan och med avslut i söder vid Stora Hamnkanalen. Väst-länken passerar Götatunneln på nära håll i början på entreprenaden i norr. Serviceschakt an-läggs vid Sankt Eriksgatan, ventilationsschakt och servicetunnel anläggs vid Kvarnberget i anslutning till skyddsrummet.
