websak 18/91 - 2018-KID-006 Nordtvet bad - rehabilitering av takflater - totalentreprise

Oslo kommune v/ Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, inviterer til åpen tilbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med anskaffelse av totalentreprise for rehabilitering av takflatene på Nordtvet bad. Nordtvet Bad har flate tak med oppstikkende parapeter. Det er to takflater; et lavere parti over garderobeavdeling og et høyere parti over svømmehallen. Rehabiliteringen skal sikre takene mot lekkasjer og for det øvre taket skal isolasjonstykkelsen økes for å redusere energiforbruket i svømmehallen.
