19-451 - Opening of tender for the request of a serviceprovider/serviceagreement to support usage of Brooks A4Store

Global Procurement in the Danish Ministry of Health hereby opens tender for a serviceagreeement for Brooks A4 store, XX-equipment installed at The Danish National Biobank at Statens Serum Institut, Copenhagen, Denmark. The tender is a serviceagreeement that will guarantee Orderer support and service of the equipment in a period of 2 years with a potential prolongation for 2 years, potentially a contract with 4 years of duration. Please note that co-ordinated offers is requested in this tender. Tenderer has to be able to offer support and service for planned as well as emergent calls for service within specified timeframes and calls for support that can be handed via remote support (via phone, email or remote log-on). Service and supports in this tender covers a broad range of tasks. Orderer requests planned maintenance-calls, emergent calls for service, misc. upgrades, software-upgrades etc. Tenderer must be prepared for other assignments as well, but currently Orderer has listed what is percepted as of common occurrences when referring to requests for support and service. Tenderer has to document a range of accomplished referees and to offer a list of key personnel who can perform the specified tasks.
