DSB hereby has - by the publishing of a Contract Notice in TED - the pleasure of inviting you to submit a prequalification application with regards to DSB’s public procurement of Solid Wheels, hereafter re-ferred to as components for the total fleet of initial 530 train sets, being reduced due to a planned phase out of older train sets during the contract period. The components in question are described in Schedule 1a, Fig. A. The applicant must be able to deliver either original components as described in Schedule 1a, Fig. A “or equivalent” components. DSB has chosen to use the negotiated procedure, cf. article 47 of the Utilities Directive. The Contract Notice, Tender Conditions and the full tender material is available to tenderers through the database "EU-Supply" (please see link in the Contract Notice).
