Danmarks Nationalbank and the most important financial institutions have established a Danish intel-led red-team test program for the Danish financial sector. The programme is called TIBER-DK which stands for Threat Intelligence Based Ethical Red-teaming. The tests will contribute to improve the ability to discover and react to hacker attacks which potentially can affect critical functions in the financial institutions. TIBER-DK is based on a common European framework developed by the European Central Bank. This procurement seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a primary and a secondary supplier of both Threat Intelligence reports and Red Team testing for a period of four years in order for the services to be carried out at Danmarks Nationalbank as part of the Danish financial sector. All services will be awarded the primary supplier. A secondary supplier will be needed in case the primary supplier is not capable of meeting the necessary timeframe for the delivery of the services requested by the customer. The tenderer shall be able to demonstrate experience with similar services carried out for a European financial institution or central bank, cf. section III.1.3) of the Contract Notice.
