The Framework agreement includes the purchase of an emergency breathing system for helicopter use, including annual statutory inspection and service.
EBS is acquired by continuous replacement. The contracting authority expects to acquire about 25 complete EBS annually during the term of the framework agreement.

The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years after which it expires without notice.

The Tenderer is requested to submit a sample of the offered system for testing purposes. The sample must be fully functional and in every way correspond to the system offered.
