Eilert Sundt VGS – studiested Farsund skal renoveres og utvides. Dette inkluderer renovering 2 stykk eksisterende bygg, samt oppføring 2 stykk nye bygg. I tillegg skal det bygges 2 nye bygg på hhv. «hotelltomta» (ligger mellom Strandgata og Theis Lundegaards Gate), og på tomta der Glassmagasinet har sin nåværende lokalisering i Theis Lundegaards Gate. For å gi plass til de nye byggene må eksisterende bygg på «hotelltomta» (bygg mellom Strandgata og Theis Lundegaards gate) og Glassmagasinet (i Theis Lundegaards gate) rives. Denne entreprisen inkluderer rivearbeider eksisterende bygg på «Hotelltomta» og Glassmagasinbygget.
