2001161 - Consultancy for communications services for the digital public goods alliance secretariat

The procurement covers one contract whereby the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to provide communications services for the Digital Public Goods Alliance Secretariat. The aim of the Digital Public Goods Alliance is to help accelerate attainment of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in low- and middle-income countries through facilitating the discovery, development, use of, and investment in, digital public goods. As co-lead of the Secretariat for the Alliance, Norad is the tenderer for the consultancy service described below. Norad’s main aim of the procurement is to strengthen the Alliance’s long-term impact in low- and middle-income countries through evolving and implementing the communications and branding strategy for the Alliance. The procurement should strengthen collaboration between existing alliance partners, engage potential new partners and stakeholders that can help achieve the Alliance’s goal, and ensure that the Alliance communicates effectively with its target audiences. The consultancy is planned to be conducted between medio-November 2020 and December 2021, with a budget frame of up to 1.75 million NOK, and with an option for Norad to extend the contract for an additional year, on the same terms.
