Invest International is a new state participation that is to be formed by the planned merger of schemes implemented by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the Financing Company for Developing Countries (FMO). Invest International will have three main tasks: project development task, investment task and regulation task. Invest International will thus contribute to the earning capacity of Dutch companies as well as to solutions for global issues. By merging NL Business of FMO and the international schemes of RVO, Invest International becomes the platform organization that helps Dutch businesses to develop and finance projects abroad. Scope Unburdening in the field of ICT and process implementation Invest International wants to be unburdened for the implementation of the primary processes and the standard ICT package solution (s) that is / are used. On the one hand, this includes unburdening IT, namely by requesting a standard IT package solution 'as a service' for each parcel, so that Invest International does not have to provide IT services. This part is a Requirement for all lots, see also performance standards within supplier requirements. Invest International is also curious about insights into the extent to which suppliers who tender for the European Tender can further unburden the organization. This could be possible by means of support for the implementation of primary processes, also known as "Business Process Outsourcing" (BPO). An example could be that entering a loan is performed / facilitated by an employee of the supplier. These processes aim to unburden Invest International.
