Digital advisory and production sevices

Currently, DSB is undergoing a large transformation across all business areas. The aim is to be able to operate free from subsidies from the Danish Government in 2030. This requires significant revenue growth as well as ensuring efficient internal processes with less resources needed. During the transformation DSB is currently at, our Digital Labs will require support from a partner in several areas including but not limited to: - User experience - Digital design - Digital concept - Development (various) - Digital Data analytics and optimization Please refer to Appendix 1 for an elaborated description of the scope of the contract. The term of the contract is 3 years with an option of 1 year of extension.
