Kurze Beschreibung des Auftrags oder Beschaffungsvorhabens:

In 2020, WHH established its Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to actively shape and leverage digital and cultural changes to achieve the goal of Zero Hunger. The interdisciplinary DTO team covers two main areas: digital project management and cultural change management, with the overall objectives to i) increase process efficiency, ii) empower staff, and iii) enhance WHH’s attractiveness as an employer. Given the significance of the DTO’s initiatives for WHH, this evaluation has been commissioned to take stock the DTO’s past work. Moreover, the evaluation will systematically analyze the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of the DTO’s efforts. Additionally, it aims to generate learnings and recommendations to identify necessary process and structure adaptations, propelling WHH’s digital transformation to the next level while maintaining internal accountability standards. The evaluation is planned to take place from July to October and will be conducted by a hybrid evaluation team. This team will consist of external evaluator(s), whom this tender seeks to identify, in close collaboration with WHH-internal evaluation experts. WHH invites offers from external evaluator(s) with expertise in conducting realist and utilization-focused evaluations and qualitative evaluation methods. Candidates should also have experience in (system-based) Theory of Change development and thematic expertise in organizational development. Thematic expertise in the areas in digital and cultural transformation would be ideal. Proficiency in English and French is required.
