Multimode scanning probe microscope (SPM)

DTU wishes to acquire a multimode scanning probe microscope (SPM) with several modes of characterization. The microscope is intended for research and educational purposes at DTU Energy, Department of Energy Conversion and Storage. Contract for this procurement must be completed within 2020.
