Rammeaftalen vedrører indkøb af forretningsprocesunderstøttende software (ERP-software) med dertilhørende support- vedligeholdelse til brug for Banedanmarks fortsatte arbejde med at udvikle, understøtte og digitalisere ERP-relaterede forretningsprocesser i virksomheden, herunder at sikre integration til Banedanmarks øvrige for-retningsapplikationer både på SAP Technology Platform og på diverse on-premise platforme.
