DSB hereby invites your company to participate in the present advertisement 375510, Behavioral Analytics System.

If your company is interested in participating in the procurement, it requires online registration in EU-Supply’s web-based tendering system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company is registered, access is granted to all tenders published in EU-Supply’s web-based tendering system CTM, including future ones.

After registration, you will gain access to the tender material, including all questions your company must answer and a description of the documents that must be submitted with the tender.

 

PROCESS

The procurement procedure will be conducted as an open procedure with negotiation.

The procurement procedure may comprise two phases: an initial tendering phase and possibly one or more round(s) of negotiations followed by a final tendering phase.

Participation in the tender round is done by submitting the relevant and required documents.

 

PARTICIPATION

As a tenderer, you must log into EU-Supply’s web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. Thereafter, you will be able to see the tender and all the questions you need to answer, as well as the accompanying documents that must be submitted to make a tender.

Follow the instructions below when your company participates in a tender.

1. Log into the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you click "Accept", you are not obligated to submit a tender but have merely accepted that you have access to the tender material.

2. By accepting, you gain access to the current tender. You can now answer the questions and attach the specified documents.

3. Please note that tenders must be submitted before the deadline. It will not be possible to submit tenders after the deadline.

The deadline for submitting tenders is 2024-09-30 09:00:00 lokal tid.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

The detailed terms of the tender, including award criteria and further information about the tender material, are described in the advertisement conditions, which are available as a separate document.

Questions regarding the tender should be submitted via "Tenderer Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymized and sent along with the answers to all tenderers.

Questions that do not concern the tender and are not intended to be published should be submitted via "Message". The contracting authority reserves the right to refer the tenderer to submit such questions via "Tenderer Questions and Answers" if the question concerns the tender.
