Currently the Ministry of Foreign Affairs uses the ERP system SAP hosted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. In the near future, the Ministry would like to obtain their own ERP system. It is possible that due to this development a transition must be made from SAP to a new ERP system during the contract period. The purpose of the Tendering Process is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) service provider for services regarding a payment factory, including SWIFT services. The intention is for the Agreement to commence on 1 February 2021.
