Mixed Flowing Gas Corrosion Test Chamber - 9373
1. The gas chamber from InterElectronic (LIB) has a sensor based flow meter, which could precisely control the gas concentration by real time measurement and dosing supplement for
H2S, SO2 and NO2. For the other chamber suppliers, the gas concentration was roughly
controlled by flow meter and require gas concentration calibration by users.
2. The gas chamber from InterElectronic (LIB) also provide CO2 in the concentration range of
10-30%, which could be used for CO2 related research activities. Other corrosive gas chamber do not have function with CO2 corrosion test together with H2S, SO2 and NO2.
3. This gas chamber has functions for both constant environmental test and cyclic testing (mandatory for electronic device testing based on IEC 60068 standard). The temperature and humidity can be controlled with a defined ramping rate. For the gas chamber from other suppliers, cyclic test cannot be performed.
4. Supplier InterElectronic from Hungary also provide servicing of chamber, which is an important aspect. A Norwegian supplier of same equipment will not provide service, but refer to original manufacturer.
