24/141744 - Procurement of ABC e-Gates

Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian abbreviation PFT) issues this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Norwegian Police ICT Services. PFT is seeking information from suppliers and service providers in the ABC e-Gate market. This RFI aims to gather insights into relevant functionality, the possibility for long-lasting/ extended warranty terms, and possible organization of maintenance services for the e-Gates solution. A preferred solution is that the e-Gates support comprehensive API integration, enabling seamless two-way communication with the Norwegian Police national system. The information collected will inform PFT's procurement strategy for the upcoming contract notice that will be published early 2025.
