    Oplysninger og formaliteter, som er nødvendige: udfyldt og underskrevet tro og love erklæring om, i hvilket omfang tilbudsgiver har ubetalt, forfalden gæld til det offentlige (jf.     Ansøger skal sandsynliggøre at have økonomisk formåen som grundlag for at udføre den udbudte opgave. Som dokumentation herfor skal tilbudsgiver udfylde og underskrive bilag 4 med oplysning om virksomhedens omsætning, overskud, egenkapital og soliditetsgrad for de seneste 2 regnskabsår.

    Hvis der er tale om en nystartet virksomhed bedes denne udfylde den ønskede information i bilag 4 i det omfang, det er muligt, alt efter hvornår virksomheden er startet.

    Klager skal være modtaget i Klagenævnet: inden 45 dage fra dagen efter, at ordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgørelse i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har indgået kontrakt.
