Mälarenergi gör en digitaliseringsresa där allt mer av kundkommunikationen och interaktionen ska ske digitalt, på kundens villkor.
För att stödja detta behöver vi ett flexibelt verktyg som innebär att Mälarenergis personal själva, utan krav på teknisk kompetens, kan skapa, redigera och anpassa utskick av olika slag till olika kanaler; förhandsgranska de olika kanalerna, publicera och sedan följa upp resultatet av utskicket.
Med ett sådant verktyg förväntar sig Mälarenergi ökad intern effektivitet, ökad flexibilitet i att justera mallar, innehåll och layout samt mer kontroll över hela kommunikationsprocessen. Sammantaget ska detta ge ökad kundnöjdhet och lägre totala kostnader.
