Beskrivelse af konktrakten:

The Contracting Entity invites potential suppliers to declare their interest of supplying the below described Catch block system.
Energinet.dk wants to purchase Engi-neering and delivering of a Catch block system enabling a Contractor to replace HV wires (400 KV) between towers, crossing below power lines without having to disconnect those for the Tjele-Ferslev project.

The system will consist of 

a. Tug or tractor unit to draw the system from one tower to another
b. Support rope (non conducting) to support wire compact rollers
c. Attached wire compact rollers that attaches around the existing conductor and support rope enabling the pulling of new wires from tower to tower.
d. Software to calculate the number of compact rollers
e. Education of operators

The system need to delivered, ready to use, on aug. 15. 2016
