Re-Tender Third Party Liability Insurance for Sund & Bælt Holding A/S and Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S

Sund & Bælt Holding A/S and Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S would like to procure liability insurance for their activities. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is a limited company owned by the Danish Government through the Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Storebælt Bridge. Furthermore Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is responsible for various port facilities and other infrastructure projects ie. Femern Belt Link. Øresundsbro Konsortiet is owned 50/50 by the Swedish state through Svedab Ab and the Danish State through A/S Øresund. Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S is responsible for the Oresund Link. The program is a master program covering Third Party Liability. The current program limit is DKK 1.5 BN. Sund & Bælt and Øresundsbro Konsortiet would like to maintain the program limit of DKK 1.5 BN but divided into 10 Layers/Lots. The insurance period is 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2024 with the possibility to renew for up to 4 (four) additional 1-year periods. Deductibles are DKK 500,000 per occurrence for property damage and DKK 0,00 for Bodily Injury. Master policy should be based on Marsh Wording and excess policies (lot 2-10) should be based on Marsh Excess Layer Conditions.
