    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    BAKGRUND Trafikverket saknar idag ett gemensam systemstöd för investerings-

    och underhållsplanering. Investeringsåtgärder i transportsystemet planeras idag

    med stöd av systemet Agresso. Lösningarna i Agresso har under hösten 2014

    kompletterats med en portallösning (Sharepoint) där information från Agresso

    förädlas och förs vidare internt inom Trafikverket mellan beställande och

    utförande enheter. Denna portallösning kan vara en del av det nya

    systemlandskapet eller ersättas av nytt Systemstöd för planering. MÅLBILD

    Systemstödet ska kunna hantera både långsiktig (transportplaner) och kortsiktig

    planering (investerings- och underhållsplaner) av åtgärder i transportsystemet. I

    den kortsiktiga planeringen omsätts de långsiktiga planerna till konkreta åtgärder

    som vidare i processen internbeställs och upphandlas på den externa

    entreprenadmarknaden. Resultatet av planeringen ska vara en gemensam

    samordnad plan för alla investerings- och underhållsåtgärder som ska

    genomföras de kommande 3-4 åren. Operativ projektplanering och

    genomförande hanteras i andra system på Trafikverket och berörs inte av

    systemstöd planering. Processen som systemstödet ska hantera täcker planering

    av investerings- och underhållsverksamhet och har både långsiktiga och

    kortsiktiga perspektiv.
