472974 - Stakeholder Analysis to inform WHH Advocacy
One of the key challenges POWA aims to address is that development agendas are often set by donor countries without sufficient participation and consultation with relevant stakeholders in partner countries. Identifying and funding priorities and strategies for agricultural development and the transformation of food systems within the context of development cooperation need to be jointly discussed and developed with stakeholders on both sides. This is key to ensure ownership, relevance, efficiency and durability of political decisions.

In a first step, we want to understand whose voice is currently missing in German, European and international discussions on food systems transformation, agricultural development and the human right to food. The goal of this tender is thus to conduct a stakeholder analysis and use its results for a renewed project strategy. In practice this means networking with those stakeholders and bringing their perspectives into the political discourse in Germany.
